Kanban Lite is licensed to you for personal or professional use. This is a **single-user license**, meaning you may install and use the app on your own devices.

You may not distribute, resell, or modify the application binary without prior written permission from Brazen Creative.

Data Ownership

All tasks, notes, tags, and project data created within Kanban Lite belong to **you**. Your data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us.

You are responsible for backing up your data if desired.

No Warranty

Kanban Lite is provided on an **“as-is”** basis. While we do our best to ensure stability and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the app will always work without errors.

We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or any damages resulting from the use of the application.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Microsoft Store and follow their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
